Scenario-Based Learning
All courses use realistic simulations and role-playing exercises to replicate the types of
behavioral challenges staff face daily in the Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, and
Medical-Surgical units. This hands-on approach enables participants to test their
communication and positioning strategies in a controlled, supportive setting where
